I’ll also use Traditional Chinese Medicine assessment methods (such as tongue and pulse diagnosis) to identify your underlying pattern and priorities. Your treatment will include acupuncture tailored to your needs, with optional supportive techniques where appropriate (e.g., cupping, moxibustion, gua sha, or acupuncture). You’ll leave with clear next steps and a recommended treatment schedule to help you get the best results. Best for: first-time clients, new concerns, or if it’s been a long time since your last acupuncture treatment.
